DESCRIPTION


A government authority in East Walpole, Massachusetts is seeking a vendor to provide managed information technology services to support its educational and administrative operations. The scope of work includes virtual help desk and remote support, technology ticketing and user support systems, and proactive in-person support for a minimum of three days per week.

The selected provider will be responsible for 24/7 infrastructure monitoring and incident response, network infrastructure management, identity and access management (such as Microsoft, Active Directory, Google Workspace), asset inventory and lifecycle management, and support for IT procurement.
