A government authority in East Walpole, Massachusetts is seeking a vendor to provide managed information technology services to support its educational and administrative operations. The scope of work includes virtual help desk and remote support, technology ticketing and user support systems, and proactive in-person support for a minimum of three days per week.
The selected provider will be responsible for 24/7 infrastructure monitoring and incident response, network infrastructure management, identity and access management (such as Microsoft, Active Directory, Google Workspace), asset inventory and lifecycle management, and support for IT procurement. Additional services required include infrastructure installation and replacement planning, annual IT assessment aligned with CIS standards, analytics and reporting on help desk, network, and asset tracking, staff training in IT and cybersecurity, grant assistance for IT-related funding, state reporting support, and application management. The contract period is one year.
