A vendor is sought to provide a comprehensive managed detection and response (MDR) solution, herein referred to as the 'Platform,' for use by local school districts and agencies in New York. The selected solution must be a fully developed, production-ready platform; solutions that are under development, in planning stages, or in beta testing are not eligible for consideration.
The MDR platform must include 24x7 support to ensure schools receive prompt assistance, especially during emergencies occurring outside regular hours. Vendors are required to clearly specify any references to future release features, optional products, or third-party components involved in their solution. Additionally, all necessary hardware and software for the operation and maintenance of the platform must be included, along with details regarding warranty and maintenance support.
