The National Institutes of Health Clinical Center is seeking maintenance and support services for its Infor/Lawson cloud-based inventory management software. The Materials Management and Environment Services Department utilizes this software to manage the acquisition, storage, and distribution of medical and surgical supplies for the hospital. Having employed the Infor Lawson Supply Chain Management Software since 1999, the Clinical Center is now undertaking a transition from the on-premise solution to Infor's Software as a Service (SaaS) cloud-based platform.
The scope of this requirement includes ongoing software license maintenance, as well as comprehensive support for the Infor/Lawson applications used by the NIH Clinical Center. Due to the proprietary nature of Infor’s software, including its updates and support portals, these services are only available directly through Infor. The selected provider will be responsible for ensuring uninterrupted, compliant support and maintenance for the critical inventory management system that underpins the hospital's operations.
