DESCRIPTION

The University seeks a vendor to design, configure, and deploy a centralized mailroom management software platform combined with a smart locker solution. This integrated system must seamlessly interface with existing university systems such as Atrium Campus, StarRez, SSO, and other enterprise platforms.

The solution should enable tracking, logging, and management of both inbound and outbound mail and packages, ensuring real-time visibility into package status and the chain of custody.
