DESCRIPTION
The selected vendor will be responsible for magazine production services, including coordinating with the owner to provide comprehensive printing and mailing services for a quarterly publication. The scope of work covers news gathering, copywriting, photography, graphic design and layout, general coordination, proofing, and overall project management functions throughout all stages of production.
The publication encompasses eight counties and requires consistent collaboration to ensure quality and timely delivery each quarter. Vendors are expected to manage the entire production lifecycle efficiently, from content creation to final distribution, maintaining high standards in print and design.
