The Colorado healthcare system is seeking a vendor to provide maintenance and technical support services for their Lynx computer duress software. This software is deployed on workstations throughout various facilities, including city healthcare centers and community-based outpatient clinics.
The selected provider will be responsible for comprehensive maintenance and technical support, including access to the Lynx Technical Support Team, emergency after-hours telephone support, and provision of both major and minor software updates. The support package also covers software releases, maintenance, service pack releases, remote labor, and online support responses. Additionally, the vendor will offer online training via Microsoft Teams or a preferred alternative, and include the provision of up to 200 text SMS messages per month.
