All questions must be received no later than April 3rd, 2026 at 3:00 PM.

Bid opening will be April 16th, 2026 at 10:00 AM.

Contract shall commence on or before 2026.

All work is expected to be completed by 2026.

Background screenings for contractor employees shall take place within 45 days of contract execution.

Invoices must be submitted within 45 calendar days of services rendered.

County Representative will review work within 10 days of completion.

Consultant may provide a new Renewal Quotation at least 90 days prior to the upcoming renewal date.

Either party may cancel automatic renewal by giving 90 days written notice prior to the end of the current renewal period.

The government authority in St. Charles, Missouri is seeking a qualified vendor to provide low voltage and communication installation services throughout the county. The selected contractor will be responsible for designing and delivering all in-building and field wire plant services, including ethernet and fiber cabling, fiber location, break/fix diagnosis, and conduit placement or repair.

Scope of work includes providing, installing, terminating, and certifying Category 6a ethernet cables and fiber optic cabling, running wiring to various county buildings, and mounting wireless access points in elevated areas. The contractor will also install ethernet cables for surveillance camera systems, with the county supplying cameras; the contractor will complete installations and wiring runs up to 300 feet from the nearest switch. In addition, responsibilities include installing audio-video cabling and components, with the ability to use an in-house design or recommend and implement improvements where necessary.
