The Veterans Benefits Administration Louisville Regional Office requires a contractor to provide web-based credit monitoring services for the Fiduciary Hub. These services are necessary for conducting credit checks on new fiduciaries who are appointed to manage the affairs of veterans and beneficiaries within the fiduciary program.
The contractor shall deliver a web-based application that enables authorized Louisville Regional Office employees to perform credit checks for individuals under consideration for fiduciary roles. No installation of additional software on government systems is required. The application must offer reliable and continuous access, allowing employees to perform credit checks according to their work schedules, including overtime as needed.
The contract period will include a base year with four additional option years. Contractors should provide access through a subscription model charging a monthly fee for unlimited usage by authorized personnel.
