The selected vendor will be responsible for designing a cohesive event logo and theme that align with existing brand guidelines and are tailored to the event's requirements. The scope includes developing and formatting letterhead and PowerPoint templates featuring the new event logo and theme. Vendors must also prepare all graphic assets for high-quality printing, ensuring files include bleeds, crop marks, and are delivered in appropriate vector formats.
Additionally, the vendor will develop a marketing toolkit that consists of tri-fold brochure templates, one-pager templates with descriptions of equity and lending programs, and customizable spaces for workshop details, services, contacts, and logo placement. The project further includes the creation of digital ad sets suitable for client use on social media and websites, as well as preparing all files for print in alignment with industry standards.
