A Utah agency is seeking a qualified vendor to deliver a cloud-based enterprise resource planning (ERP) solution, specifically designed to enhance warehouse logistics and supply processes. The selected firm will implement the ERP system with integrated electronic document interchange (EDI) capabilities, and also provide consulting services to help restructure and optimize warehouse ordering and stocking procedures, ensuring alignment with the new ERP system.
The solution should accommodate 5-10 users and be scalable to support multiple warehouses. It must include features such as SSO authentication via Azure Enterprise Application, multi-factor authentication, API availability for future integrations, picklist and backordering functionality, and support for tracking expiration dates—critical as the agency stocks medications and medical supplies. The system should also support item barcoding, with preference for solutions offering RFID capability.
Additional considerations include the ability to integrate with Caselle for purchase order creation and with LightspeedHQ for a retail frontend or an equivalent alternative. The agency will supply necessary item images and descriptions. Pricing must delineate ongoing EDI integration costs and provide clear cost structures per warehouse.
