DESCRIPTION

Farmington Electric Utility System (FEUS) is seeking a vendor to provide a comprehensive logging and compliance automation solution to enhance its Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP) compliance efforts. The proposed solution should include all necessary components and services to enable integrated management of logs, detection of unauthorized changes, organization of compliance artifacts, and generation of evidence required under CIP regulations.

The system must allow FEUS to efficiently collect, monitor, and report on security events, configuration baselines, patch activities, and inventory data across critical systems. Clear dashboards should be provided to display patch status, compliance posture, system inventory, and configuration state across Electronic Security Perimeters (ESPs). Additionally, API access is required for seamless integration with internal compliance tracking, dashboards, and change management records.

The solution should support offline or air-gapped deployments, with secure mechanisms for exporting and importing logs, reports, and baselines. The architecture must be resilient, ensuring data collection and logging continue during outages or component failures. Comprehensive training must be included to support platform use for CIP compliance tasks, baseline generation, and audit preparation.
