The State of Louisiana is seeking a vendor to supply lockstep networking software along with all related hardware necessary for the transport, provisioning, delivery, management, and security of voice, data, and video applications. The required solutions should support operations over separate or converged networks and include a comprehensive range of network products.
The procurement scope includes, but is not limited to, Local Area Network (LAN), Metropolitan Area Network (MAN), and Wide Area Network (WAN) routers and switches; internal operating system software; telephony application software and servers; telephony cards, modules, blades, interfaces, and station equipment; as well as security-related components such as firewalls and intrusion detection systems. In addition, the hardware list comprises wireless LAN access points, wireless MAN and WAN transport systems, and associated equipment, either produced directly by the manufacturer or through OEM agreements as reflected in the bidder’s most recent price list and catalog.
Vendors are required to submit any questions regarding this procurement by October 22, 2025.
