The city of Dover, New Hampshire seeks a qualified vendor to provide updates to its Local Emergency Operations Plan (LEOP) and Continuity of Operations Plan (COOP). The selected firm will be responsible for updating the primary framework used to coordinate preparedness, response, and recovery activities for various emergencies and disasters, which may include natural hazards, public health emergencies, technological incidents, and human-caused events.
