SUMMARY

Seeking vendor for lobbying and public relations services including legislative monitoring, media coordination, and outreach in Nevada.

DESCRIPTION

A government authority in Nevada is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive lobbying and public relations services. The selected vendor will be responsible for legislative monitoring, including tracking and analyzing legislation that may directly or indirectly impact the Board, and for representing the Board at meetings with legislators, legislative staff, and lobbyists. Responsibilities also include developing and assisting with the execution of legislative strategies and, when necessary, providing testimony to various subcommittees, committees, and commissions.

In addition to lobbying activities, the vendor will assist in coordinating community outreach partnerships, organizing media placement, and managing media opportunities. Support in the creation of social media content, collateral materials, and public communication will be required, as well as media training and guidance on public relations matters. The vendor will be expected to communicate key issues to the Executive Officer, relay the significance of contractor licensure to elected officials and the public, and provide both written and verbal reports to Board leadership.

This opportunity is suited for firms with expertise in government relations, media coordination, and stakeholder engagement within the Nevada legislative and regulatory environment.
