Organization overview and procurement intelligence available on paid plans.
The entity is seeking a vendor to provide a load forecast software solution that operates as a scalable, secure, and user-friendly no-code platform. The platform must enable net-load forecasting capabilities across customer segments, feeders, and substations. Required integrations must utilize existing infrastructure such as Datapower, Tibco, and Infosphere, with support for event-based invocation of external integrations. The application should be capable of serving multiple city departments if segmented accordingly.
This on-premise solution must be compatible with databases supported by Oracle or SQL Server, feature horizontal scalability, and support high availability, fault tolerance, or redundant connectivity. The application should facilitate the secure removal of sensitive data, efficiently process out-of-order interval and late-arriving data (over 72 hours), and ingest granular customer meter data from individual level up to the feeder, substation, distributed energy resources, and system level.
The system shall enable bottom-up forecasting at the customer and meter level, maintain thorough audit trails for all data inputs and outputs, and integrate with internal Energy Market systems for smooth data exchange. It must identify and quantify the demand impact of Electric Vehicles with over 80% accuracy, analyze weather sensitivity of customer loads using various environmental data points, and maintain comprehensive system, security, application, operating system, and database logs.
