Livestreaming, Video Recording and Archiving Services

A Texas agency is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive livestreaming, video recording, closed captioning, and archiving services for meetings and events. The selected contractor will be responsible for managing all technical aspects of live broadcasting, including accurate and reliable closed captioning, and must supply all necessary equipment, technology, and technical support personnel to ensure high-quality, accessible service during each committee meeting.

In addition to live broadcasting, the contractor will conduct video and audio recordings (with closed captions) of agency meetings and events. Recordings must be posted and archived on a host website, which should be accessible via the agency's website, within five calendar days of each recorded meeting. This host website is to be provided and managed by the contractor.
