DESCRIPTION

The requested services encompass both full and partial production packages and must include staging, lighting, audio, backline, and crew coordination, as well as necessary soundchecks and show operations.

The event will take place across several days in September 2026, with set-up, performances, and breakdowns requiring consistent vendor presence and operational support for scheduled hours on both GOB and Folklife stages. Technical requirements specify equipment such as a minimum 40-channel professional FOH console, a system drive rack featuring specific EQ capabilities and audio processing, compressor/limiters, noise gates, high-quality reverb and delay units, and suitable AC power cabling. Additional requirements include a minimum 32-channel professional monitor console and advanced EQ units. The contract period will be for one year.

Qualified vendors should demonstrate capacity for high-quality event production and technical expertise in live shows.
