DESCRIPTION


The State of Alabama seeks vendors to design, implement, and operate a live personnel navigation call system dedicated to veterans, their families, and caregivers. The system will serve as a single statewide access point ('no wrong door'), providing prompt live call answering and minimal delay. It must support intelligent routing and warm handoffs to efficiently connect callers with relevant state, federal, and community-based services.

The solution should feature capabilities such as intake, triage, and routing of calls, live call answering (as opposed to IVR-only solutions), case tracking and follow-up, and seamless integration with partner agencies.
