An agency in Washington is seeking a vendor to deliver comprehensive live music programming services. The scope of work includes recruiting and soliciting applications from a diverse range of musicians, including both known and qualifying new artists. Vendors will be responsible for reviewing audio/visual submissions, selecting appropriate musicians, and ensuring all selected performers complete a formal application and musician agreement. A variety of music styles and genres are encouraged, although some instrument restrictions may apply.
Programming requirements mandate a minimum of four artists per day, with performances scheduled in two-hour segments, seven days a week. Selection of performance times will be based on peak traffic periods to maximize audience engagement. All musical content must be suitable for audiences of all ages and reflect a diversity of styles, adhering to established musician agreements and policies.
The selected contractor will work closely with the agency to develop effective tools and reporting methods for evaluating musician performance.
