The state of Washington is seeking a vendor to provide live-action video advertisement services as part of a campaign aimed at preventing youth substance use among multicultural audiences. The selected vendor will be responsible for developing strength-based, culturally and linguistically tailored live-action videos that highlight the important roles parents and caregivers play as protective factors in youth health and well-being.
This project involves both high-quality video production and a nuanced understanding of how culture, language, and lived experience influence effective prevention messaging. The campaign’s messaging should empower parents and caregivers to help prevent underage use of alcohol, cannabis, and vaping through positive narratives that emphasize connection, trust, and clear expectations within families.
Vendors with demonstrated expertise in multicultural communications, video production, and public health prevention campaigns are encouraged to apply.
