DESCRIPTION
A literacy screening tool is sought for use in Minnesota. The selected tool must effectively measure a range of literacy skills, including phonemic awareness, letter sounds, decoding, oral language, reading comprehension, spelling, morphology, word reading with real words, and listening comprehension.
