DESCRIPTION

The selected vendor will be responsible for delivering services related to the development of a liquid waste strategic plan. The primary objective is to establish regional commitments and set priorities before undertaking updates to the core area and liquid waste management plans.

This engagement will require the vendor to facilitate strategic planning activities that support the region in determining its approach to managing liquid waste and setting actionable priorities. Prospective vendors may submit questions until April 20, 2026.
