A New York-based organization is seeking a qualified vendor for the provision and support renewal of LinkedIn Recruiter software. The requirement includes a multi-year subscription to LinkedIn Recruiter, enabling the storage, processing, and management of recruitment data in a secure cloud environment.
The platform will support key recruitment functions, such as proactively sourcing active and passive talent, managing job requisitions and position descriptions, overseeing hiring workflows, storing recruiter notes and evaluations, and tracking candidate screening decisions. Additional features include tools for communication histories, interview scheduling, and analytics related to the recruitment pipeline. The requirement also encompasses complimentary dashboard manager seats for managing job postings and reviewing recruitment analytics.
Vendors must ensure the platform enables the collection and maintenance of user activity data, including system access logs, search queries, and records of candidate interactions. The contract period for this engagement is three years.
