The State of Oregon seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive LinkedIn Flex Hiring Enterprise Program services. Required services include the provision of recruiter licenses, job slots, branded career pages, automated job posting (job wrapping), 'Work With Us' ads, and traffic driver ad campaigns. The successful vendor will deliver a dedicated account director, customer success manager, and implementation consultant to ensure successful deployment and support of the program.
This initiative is intended to support state agencies in recruiting for challenging positions such as Information Technology, Accounting, and Executive-level roles. Utilizing advanced analytics, artificial intelligence sourcing, and collaborative tools, the program aims to accelerate the identification of qualified candidates, optimize time-to-fill metrics, reduce hiring costs, and enhance employer branding while building diverse talent pipelines.
Additionally, the scope includes access to LinkedIn Learning, enabling the state to expand training opportunities for up to 45,000 employees despite limited internal staffing for content development.
