The selected vendor will provide renewal services for Limfinity licenses and FreezerPro on-premise support licenses. For the Limfinity platform (Item# INF–030), this includes standard maintenance and support for UDP/UDPics concurrent user licenses, featuring email support, framework technical support, and access to new framework releases.
Additionally, for Item# 001–SP–E07, vendors must supply on-premise support and license renewals for FreezerPro during the designated performance period of July 27, 2026, through July 26, 2027. The patient data system for UDP requires frequent upgrades, reliable hosting, and ongoing monitoring. FreezerPro is utilized as a web-based sample inventory management system, critical for managing sample data and operations.
