The city government in Ohio is seeking a qualified vendor to provide administration of a Lifestyle Spending Account (LSA) program as part of its comprehensive employee benefits and wellness strategy. The selected provider will deliver full-service administration of a city-funded LSA aimed at supporting employee well-being and financial health.
Key responsibilities include program design consultation, implementation support, secure account administration, claims processing, and customer service support for employees. The vendor will also be responsible for offering detailed reporting and analytics for program evaluation as well as ongoing guidance for account management and regulatory compliance. The contract will be awarded for a one-year period.
