A California district is seeking a vendor to provide lifeguard deployment software to support its aquatics operations. The required platform must facilitate district-wide deployment and include a variety of features such as a public-facing dashboard, real-time safety information dissemination, and capabilities for sharing annual statistical data with the lifesaving association.
The software should also offer tools for public information sharing, internal agency communication, digital forms management, staff status and compliance tracking, as well as public broadcasting. Integrated location data services are needed to support operational decision-making. Additional requirements include an emergency SMS messaging system, an internal messaging function, and full compatibility with desktop, laptop, phone, and tablet devices in real time.
The contract for the lifeguard deployment software will span two years.
