DESCRIPTION

The government authority in Fort Worth, Texas is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive Life, Disability, and Worksite Insurance services. The scope of services includes the provision of Employee Basic Life Insurance, Employee Basic Accidental Death and Dismemberment, Basic Buy-up Life Insurance, Basic Buy-up Accidental Death and Dismemberment, as well as Employee and Dependent Voluntary Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment insurance.

The selected vendor will also deliver Employer Funded Short and Long Term Disability, Voluntary Long Term Disability and Absence Management plans, and Voluntary Supplemental Health Benefits which include Accident, Critical Illness, and Hospital Indemnity coverage.
