The government authority located in Castle Rock, Colorado is seeking a vendor to provide administration services for life, disability, and accidental death & dismemberment (AD&D) insurance programs. This includes fully-insured basic life (company paid), supplemental life (voluntary), and dependent life (voluntary) coverage, as well as stand-alone AD&D (company paid). Long-term disability services are required, with both company-paid and voluntary buy-up options, alongside voluntary accident and critical illness coverage.
The selected vendor will be expected to manage the enrollment, administration, and claims processing for these benefits. The contract term is one year, and vendors are encouraged to submit questions by May 1, 2026 to clarify any requirements before preparing their proposal.
Proposals should demonstrate expertise in benefits administration and experience with group insurance programs for public sector clients.
