DESCRIPTION


A vendor is sought to provide a web-based licensing software solution for accurate processing, timely renewals, fee collection, reporting, and compliance tracking. The platform must feature a mobile-friendly interface for accessibility by both public users and staff, and support operations through all major web browsers. Integration with Single Sign-On (SSO) authentication using industry-standard protocols such as SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect is required.

The software should offer comprehensive capabilities including online application and renewal submission, secure payment processing with multiple payment types (Credit, Debit, ACH), flexible payment system integration, license and permit issuance and tracking, and automated notifications.
