DESCRIPTION


A government authority in Jamaica, New York seeks a vendor to provide library smart card services. The scope includes supplying and shipping new library borrower cards (library cards) embedded with RFID chips. Each card must be encoded with a unique barcode.

The library cards must measure 2 1/8 x 3 3/8 inches and be constructed to protect the printed image and barcode from moderate abrasion. The cards should be made from a 12-mil PVC pre-laminated core, with a 10-mil PVC layer on each side. The contract period will be three years.
