DESCRIPTION

The district is seeking a cloud-based solution that supports both district-wide and site-level operations for library services, textbook management, and asset tracking. The system should provide features such as cataloguing, circulation, holds, fines management, comprehensive reporting, and support for both physical and digital resources. Additionally, it needs to manage the assignment and tracking of textbooks and instructional materials to students and staff, as well as facilitate inventory management and loss reporting.

The solution must offer role-based access for students, staff, and administrators, integrate seamlessly with the district's Student Information System (PowerSchool SIS), and ensure secure authentication and data protection. Implementation services should include data migration from existing systems, initial configuration and setup, training for administrators and end users, and ongoing technical support and maintenance. The contract for this project will be for a period of one year.
