DESCRIPTION
The Commonwealth of Massachusetts is seeking vendors for a comprehensive five-year contract to supply library books, media, and digital content services. The scope includes both physical and digital materials such as library books, academic databases, digital content platforms, e-books, and e-audio. Vendors will be expected to provide a wide assortment of media formats, including compact discs, Blu-Ray, streaming video, streaming movies, and resources suitable for education and training programs.
Additional items covered under this solicitation consist of audiobooks, board books, book processing services, rental and recycling options, reinforced trade books, large print materials, novelty and activity books, prebound editions, popular and series trade novels, textbooks, technical references, small press titles, limited demand titles, CD/DVD media, videogames, and other electronic media.
The solicitation includes opportunities for vendors with diverse catalogues encompassing both traditional and emerging library resources. The contract period is set for five years. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for November 25, 2025, and all questions must be submitted by December 12, 2025.
