DESCRIPTION

The government authority in Casper, Wyoming is seeking a vendor to perform remodel services for a library and testing centre. The scope of work includes project mobilization and demobilization, securing all necessary building permits, and constructing temporary enclosures as needed for the duration of the project.

Additional responsibilities include daily and final cleaning, provision of dumpsters and waste disposal, material hauling, on-site supervision, and project management. The contractor will be required to furnish and install new metal stud framing according to the project layout, as well as provide sealant or caulking at all required joints and penetrations.

The remodel also involves installing data infrastructure, which includes placing data boxes and sleeves in the new wall framing, running plenum-rated CAT6 cabling, and terminating with RJ-45 connectors in accordance with IT requirements. Approximately 24 data drop locations are specified for installation. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for April 8, 2026, and all questions regarding the project must be submitted by April 30, 2026.
