DESCRIPTION
The State of Texas is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive legislative strategic support and advisory services. The selected vendor will be responsible for offering expert guidance on both State and Federal legislative matters, including ongoing monitoring of legislative sessions and delivering timely alerts on relevant developments.
Key responsibilities include engaging directly with members of the legislature and their staff, drafting, reviewing, and analyzing legislative bills and amendments, and monitoring committee hearings to provide thorough summaries. The vendor will also prepare briefings for executives or council members, deliver presentations to relevant groups, and provide coaching and preparation for testimony as needed.
Additional support will include facilitating strategic planning sessions and assisting with intergovernmental coordination efforts. Interested vendors should be prepared to submit any questions regarding the opportunity by January 30, 2026.
