DESCRIPTION
The city is seeking a vendor to provide publication services for legal notices and advertisements. The selected newspaper will serve as a reliable source for the public to access published notices and offer the city reduced contract pricing as a high-volume advertiser.
The newspaper should ensure that advertisements are readable and visually appealing, using the minimal necessary space and adjusting type size or style as required. Any errors made in the publication process must be promptly corrected at the newspaper's expense. The vendor must comply fully with applicable Government Code requirements, including certification as a newspaper of general circulation, and must deliver services with care, skill, and diligence in accordance with current newspaper publishing industry standards.
