DESCRIPTION

The selected vendor will provide legal notices advertisement services to ensure the publication of legally required public notices and advertisements. Services include running notices for public meetings and hearings, as well as announcements related to actions and meetings of city council, the planning commission, the architectural review board, the board of zoning appeals, and the board of building code appeals.

The vendor will be responsible for the timely and accurate dissemination of all required legal advertisements, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and local government regulations. All questions regarding this RFP must be submitted no later than March 27, 2026.
