Legal Case Management System Replacement Services

This RFI seeks vendors to provide replacement services for a legal case management system in Georgia. The proposed solution should empower authorized agency personnel to efficiently create, track, manage, and report on legal cases through a secure, user-friendly web-based interface, supported by a robust database backend.

Key system features must include real-time access for authorized users, strong data integrity and confidentiality controls, workflow automation to reduce manual processing, and comprehensive search capabilities. The solution should support document management—including uploading, editing, and attaching files to records—as well as comprehensive audit trails. The system must generate timely, accurate scheduled and ad hoc reports to support decision-making and ensure compliance with federal records and security standards.

Additional requirements include scalability for future workload increases, data filtering and sorting tools, document upload functionality per record, case assignment and reassignment based on topical area and staff workload, and the ability to add attachments to cases regardless of their status. Automation features are expected for user notifications about new assignments and case status updates, including communication to attorneys via email.
