A small office in California is seeking a qualified vendor to provide, implement, and support a cloud-based legal case management database. The desired solution should facilitate efficient management of contacts, legal cases, and outreach campaigns through a user-friendly, web-based interface accessible across multiple devices and modern browsers such as Chrome, Firefox, and Safari.
The selected system must emphasize data safety, security, and regulatory compliance, including ADA requirements, and should be scalable to support future growth in case volume and the number of users. Key functions include customizable intake tools, the ability to document activities and convert intakes to legal cases, tracking of outreach and training activities, contact management, and robust, customizable reporting features.
The vendor will be responsible for installation, staff training, and ongoing support, ensuring accessibility for users with varying levels of technical expertise. Full cybersecurity insurance coverage is mandatory. The contract term is three years, with specified deadlines for submitting questions and an optional pre-bid meeting for interested vendors.
