DESCRIPTION

The agency seeks a vendor to provide legal aid content intelligence support and to deliver comprehensive Drupal development services. The scope includes engineering tools and infrastructure to deploy a properly configured LACI server designed for legal aid content automation.

Key requirements include developing two Drupal modules that routinely check a web server for new or updated pages and sync these with the LACI system. Another module will enable a LACI server to access online state legal authority information such as statutes, regulations, and court rules. Design wireframes for any user-interactive elements are expected as part of the process. The server must be able to send outbound emails via third-party services such as Sendgrid or Mailgun.

The vendor will be responsible for automated deployment of a Drupal server with the necessary LACI modules and theme installed, as well as either automated or manual configuration of settings and secrets such as API keys and SMTP configuration. Individual modules must implement their own DocumentSourcePlugin functionality to support the evolving needs of the legal aid environment.
