DESCRIPTION

The project seeks a vendor to provide legal advertising services, including supplying advertising rates for a contract term based on a minimum of one thousand one hundred inches of advertising. The selected vendor is required to handle advertisement requests submitted by email no later than 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time, with publications scheduled for two working days after the request is received.

All advertising rates must include placement of the client's logo on each published advertisement at no additional charge. Legal advertisements must be published at least three days per week throughout the one-year contract period. All vendor questions pertaining to this RFP must be submitted no later than May 7, 2026.
