Led Financial Flows Tracking and Capacity Building Tool

A project is seeking a qualified vendor to customize and implement a financial flows tracking and capacity building tool focused on food system financing in Switzerland. The primary task involves adapting the national 3FS IFAD tool to the county level, ensuring alignment through participatory stakeholder engagement, capacity building initiatives, and iterative validation processes.

Key responsibilities include creating digital dashboards and data sharing protocols to visualize trends and gaps in areas such as agriculture, nutrition, and resilience. The selected vendor will facilitate stakeholder workshops to thoroughly review and customize the current 3FS tool's functionalities and data components, addressing the unique analysis and financing needs at the county level. Additionally, the vendor will provide training on financial flow tracking, conduct validation workshops with county and national technical working group members, and engage stakeholders for feedback on proposed priorities within food system investment proposals.
