Support will be provided to employees through a dedicated administration team, an employee resource center, and multiple channels such as phone, email, and an online portal. The solution should include a robust technology platform featuring a complete HR and employee portal with real-time visibility into cases and reporting capabilities, including customized reporting, utilization tracking, and trend analysis.
