DESCRIPTION


The selected vendor will be responsible for providing comprehensive leave administration services over a five-year contract period. Services will include full-service administration for FMLA, ADA, disability, paid family leave, military leave, return-to-work programs, and company-specific leaves.

Vendors must ensure compliance with federal and state regulations and manage ADA accommodations as well as disability coordination. Support will be provided to employees through a dedicated administration team, an employee resource center, and multiple channels such as phone, email, and an online portal. The solution should include a robust technology platform featuring a complete HR and employee portal with real-time visibility into cases and reporting capabilities, including customized reporting, utilization tracking, and trend analysis.
