DESCRIPTION

A regional organization in Ontario, Canada is seeking vendors to deliver a comprehensive learning management system (LMS). The project encompasses initiation and planning, requirements validation, solution design, system configuration, development, content migration and support, testing, quality assurance, orientation, change management, deployment, and go-live. Furthermore, post-implementation support, ongoing improvements, and robust project governance and reporting are required.

The LMS must include curriculum content management, learning pathways, resources, user registration, reporting, analytics, and tracking functionalities. The solution should accommodate multi-organizational oversight and sustainability. Vendors are expected to demonstrate capability in providing continuous improvement, coordination, and support for governance throughout the system lifecycle.
