DESCRIPTION

The organization seeks a vendor to provide a comprehensive Learning Management System (LMS) that supports learning business models for journalists. The system should be capable of hosting evergreen eLearning courses, delivering skill-based learning programs with application assignments, and enabling cohort-based learning models to foster community and accountability. It must support asynchronous learning, facilitate mentorship connections, organize structured learning pathways, and efficiently track learner progress across multiple programs and courses.

The LMS should offer flexible pricing strategies, including member and non-member rates as well as bulk purchasing, and support both free member resources and premium paid offerings. It needs to handle station membership so benefits extend to all newsroom staff, enable both organizational and individual-level access, and manage users holding multiple roles. The system must process all payments through Novi, integrate seamlessly with platforms such as Zoom and Vimeo, and allow data export for in-depth analysis and reporting.
