The client is seeking a vendor to provide a comprehensive lead generation and event management solution on an as-needed basis. The ideal tool should facilitate and support both international and domestic recruitment activities, including managing and automating marketing campaigns across diverse channels, and incorporating behavior-based triggers to increase efficiency and outreach.
The platform must offer analytics and trend analysis through simplified reporting to clearly demonstrate the value of various marketing initiatives. Additionally, it should include functionality for managing recruitment-related events, covering planning, promotion, and post-event analytics to maximize effectiveness. The solution must also support recruiter organization and enablement, such as designation of territories, task assignments, and overall workflow management.
A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for May 11, 2026, with all vendor questions due by May 18, 2026. The initial contract period will last three years.
