DESCRIPTION
The selected vendor will provide comprehensive support services for Laserfiche Avante software. This includes maintenance of the Laserfiche weblink midsized public portal supporting up to 50 retrieval user licenses, as well as Laserfiche named full users with web access, snapshot, email, and forms essentials.
Services required encompass both remote and on-site priority support, user and administrator training, remote access support, and integration services with other agency software systems. The engagement also covers support for Laserfiche Avante MS SQL Server with Workflow LSAP, additional Avante SQL databases, Quick Fields LSAP, Zone OCR and Validation Package LSAP, Real Time Look Up and Validation Package LSAP, as well as Laserfiche Forms Basic and Avante Laserfiche Forms Basic LSAP.
