DESCRIPTION
The government authority in Portland, Oregon is seeking a vendor to provide large format printing services. Required deliverables include the production of posters, banners, retractable banners, wall murals, car decals, billboard graphics, tradeshow booth panels, dye-sublimation fabric prints, fabric graphics, and replacement graphics. Printing must accommodate a range of substrates such as vinyl, fabric, styrene, polypropylene, and other specialty materials as specified by individual projects.
Vendors must offer color proofing and revisions prior to final production to ensure showcase-quality results that meet standards for color accuracy, precise registration, ink density, and finish. Non-smearing, permanent inks are required for all projects. Finishing services include lamination, sewing silicone gaskets, magnet tape application, Velcro attachment, trimming, and binding. The scope of work further includes delivery services (one-way and round-trip) and installation support, which may require hourly installer rates and the use of equipment such as scissor lifts when requested.
The initial contract period will be for one year. All vendor questions must be submitted no later than April 13, 2026.
