DESCRIPTION

A government authority in Chesapeake, Virginia seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive landscaping services to its identified sites. Services must encompass all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, parts, and materials required for maintaining specified areas, including lawns, shrubs, flowerbeds, and trees.

The selected contractor will be responsible for maintaining turf and street rights-of-way on the property in a healthy and growing condition, performing tasks such as mowing turf with reel or rotary mowers at least once every seven days during the growing season. Care will be taken to avoid damage to trees, shrubs, signs, and other fixtures. All clippings must be promptly removed from roadways, walkways, parking areas, curbs, drains, and similar surfaces after each mowing.

A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for April 20, 2026 to further discuss contract requirements and site expectations.
