A government authority in Brea, California is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive landscape maintenance services. The selected contractor will be responsible for maintaining all landscaped areas, including the repair of all site irrigation components from the water meter and controller through lateral lines and sprinkler heads. Exclusions include backflow devices and city mainlines. The contractor will additionally conduct monthly irrigation system tests.
Regular maintenance of drainage structures is required to ensure they remain free from obstruction. The contractor must also keep sidewalks free of obstructions, water, mud, algae, slime, leaves, or other potentially hazardous debris at all times. The initial contract period is for one year. All questions regarding the RFP must be submitted by May 7, 2026.
